High pressure die casting is often called die casting; using high speed and pressure to inject the metal liquid into the mold, so the pars is formed just in seconds. According to the size of the parts and the material choice, parts will be produced in different tonnage machine. Die casting machine equipment can be divided into cold and hot chamber, both are used in casting aluminum alloy and zinc alloy casting parts. Casting is an efficiency way of mass production and the price is also competitive.

Gravity casting is also called pouring casting, the molten metal poured into the mold under only the force of gravity and the parts is formed. It is suitable for high volume and automated production.
